Where
four players are in attendance as replacements, if on the first
or second occasion any front row player requires to be replaced his team must provide a suitably trained and experienced replacement so that the match can satisfactorily continue with contested scrummages. If a team cannot provide a suitably trained and experienced person aged at least 18, the Referee having confirmed this fact with the team's Captain (or other such person nominated by the Club) will order uncontested scrummages. The Regulations of the Competition will govern the outcome of the match.
Where

A player performing in a game can be used as a replacement or substitute in another game being played at the same time. Players of the same position from another pitch may replace injured players. It is also possible to replace the replaced or substituted player from another pitch or by a nominated replacement/substitute. These players must be nominated to the Referee beforehand.
Unplayed, Postponed or Abandoned Matches
Regulation 12.1:
If weather conditions prevent a match being played or a match is abandoned because of such conditions, with less than sixty minutes having been played, it is the responsibility of the Home club to advise the Organising Committee of the reason for the non playing or non completion of the match as soon as possible after the event.
Regulation 12.2
: If a match is abandoned because of weather conditions when sixty minutes or more have been played, then the score at the moment of the abandonment shall stand and be deemed as the final score in that match. The Referee's decision as to the necessity for abandonment and the number of minutes played at the moment of abandonment shall be final.
Regulation 12.3:
if a Referee finds it necessary to abandon a match for any reason other than weather conditions, then irrespective of the number of minutes played, the Organising Committee of the League concerned may determine the result of that match.
Regulation 12.4:
If a match is abandoned under Regulations 12.1, 12.2 or 12.3 above, the home Club shall supply the Secretary of the Organising Committee of the League concerned with a Match Card duly signed by the Referee and stating the exact time of abandonment, score and reason.
Regulation 13:
Each club shall be responsible for correctly completing a match result card, in accordance with the regulations or instructions set out in the administrative instructions applicable, and must pass the card to the Referee. The referee will be entitled to make reference to any breach and without prejudice to such other actions as he may wish to take or instigate report any instances of abuse of the referee.
Regulation 14.1
: The Referee for each match shall be appointed by the Referees' Society to which the home club pays a Referee subscription, subject to any appointments made by the RFU.
Regulation 14.3
: In all other matches each club shall provide a competent touch judge who should not be a replacement player. In an emergency a replacement may, with the permission of the Referee act as a Touch Judge.
Regulation 14.4
: If the Referee appointed does not arrive at a match at the agreed Kick Off time the Captains of the two clubs concerned may agree that a replacement referee can officiate and the result shall count in the Competition. Any agreement reached is binding between the Clubs; if there is no agreement then that match shall not count and will be replayed.

Kick-times for all League matches shall be at the Home Club's normal Kick-off time and in any event no later than
Regulation 16.1
: In the event of Clubs having similar or clashing colours, the home club will be responsible for changing its colours, subject to the satisfaction of the appointed Referee.
Regulation 16.2:
The jerseys of the teams should all be numbered in accordance with any IRB requirements, to ensure the correct identification of players and replacements during a match.
Regulation 17.5:
When a late decision as to the fitness of the ground is required, it shall be the responsibility of the respective captains to agree. Failure to agree will leave the decision to the Appointed Referee. If a team does not agree with the Referee's verdict that a pitch is playable, the decision rests with the team concerned. A referee's opinion as to the fitness of the pitch may be requested by the Organising Committee to determine any dispute or appeal.
Regulation 17.6:
Any player temporarily suspended ("Yellow Carded") must remain in the Technical area if provided. Where no technical area exists, that player shall remain behind the goal posts towards which their team is attacking.
Regulation 17.7:
Any player ordered off must leave the playing enclosure.
