All schools, Clubs and Colleges are expected to confirm their fixtures with the listed Referees by Tuesday of each week. Failure to do so will mean the allocated referee may be transferred to another fixture. If a referee has been re-allocated the Club/School/College will be given a list of up to 3 referees to contact and it will be their responsibility to confirm the appointment of the replacement ref. Once this is arranged it is also the responsibility of the Club to confirm with the Appointments Team which ref they have confirmed for their fixture.
Teams MUST also inform the society by Tuesday if their opposition cannot fulfil a fixture and they must not retain a referee in the expectation of fulfilling an alternative fixture.
